Escaping to the desktop from Kiosk mode in FileMaker Pro (Win) Ever wanted to shell to the desktop when running a bound solution in Kiosk mode? Well, you could do it manually by pressing [Ctrl-Esc]. But wouldn't a one-line script be much more elegant? In a Dutch Windows system the Send Message script step pointing to: C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Bureaublad weergevendoes it all. I don't know the English wording for the shortcut "Bureaublad weergeven" but it means "show desktop". Good luck! Back to the list of my FileMaker Pro trouvailles |
